Review of Aay
The last word of “Aay” is that finally Karthik and Pallavi unite. The tale of their love becomes the tale of the changes within the structure of the village wherein people begin treating the caste system divisions that ruled them for a long period with disdain.
The film ends on a very positive note that makes us believe that love in its true and pure form knows no boundaries and deserves to be reigned regardless of the median or the circumstances.
“Aay” is a delightfully romantic comedy which not only evokes laughter but also tackles vital social problems. Clear cut story with jokes, couples, drama and the love-hate relationship of the protagonist and the society makes this film fair and light, however the message about love in the context of restrictions is rather saddening and appealing at the same time.
Altogether Aay has the distribution of seriousness and entertainment in the way that all tasks within the film has been well completed and all ideas are dealt with comprehensively.
